I was 6 months pregnant at the time and the embodiment practices tapped me into feminine essences that had long awaited to come out. It also felt like an initiation of motherhood as I journeyed through my body and spirit... the container Ashera held was safe and potent for not only me, but the rest of the women who participated. I met Ashera through Cloe and since I have full belief in Cloe and her judgment when she said you need to book a session with Ashera I jumped on it. First of all she has incredible hands so I got a beautiful massage on top of that she cut some old chords that were sucking energy out of me and told me in order to strengthen my 3rd eye I need to connect to my childhood and do what I loved back then which was dancing so I started 5 Rhythms and I started whirling which has helped me a lot. It has made me more flexible and connected physically and mentally and has helped my spiritual path to evolve. I’ve had the pleasure to call Ashera my friend for many years. However, our relationship reached a higher level after I had my first Energy Healing Session with her about 6 years ago. Having never personally experienced this before, she verbally communicated the process to me, making me feel comfortable, confident and even more excited than I had been. After the session, she illustrated a colorful body scan to help me understand the energy she saw. She took her time making it and it went everywhere with me in my wallet for sometime. During that conversation she referenced my lower stomach region and specifically brought up a ‘blockage’ she spent time on. I started to see Ashera for healing sessions through a mutual friend. Ashera is intuitive and informative. Her sessions dig deep into your soul and the suggestions for follow up exercises are so amazing they change your life. Being a large woman, I often feel very uncomfortable with massage completely nude. Ashera was comfortable to be vulnerable with. She has an energy about her that is loving and accepting. Although some of the information she shares is intense and emotional, she is able to share it in a way that is gentle and loving. I would and have recommended her to many of my friends and feel that her ability to help people heal in the deepest way is a gift she holds and is openly willing to share. I also have had the pleasure of attending her yoga classes, she encourages you to reach your highest potential and gently guides you to do your best in whatever position you can hold. She also guides you in some intense breath work that really takes you to a deeper level. Although the work is hard and sometimes painful on an emotional level, she is their to support you through it and intuitively is able to guide you to go even deeper than other yoga instructors. I have only attended a very short intro class to her woman’s embodiment coarse, but it was powerful and lead me to be vulnerable with other women who I would not have in any other circumstance been vulnerable with, due to my trust issues and refusing to be vulnerable with people that i do not know. It made a big difference in my life and although I have only known Ashera for a short few years, the work that I have done with her has been life changing in so many ways. IF you ever have a chance to take any of her classes, or to have a private session with her, or even to stay at her beautiful place on Rainbow lake and experience her energy, I would highly recommend that you do this. You will want to come back and experience as much as you can I can guarantee you will long for more healing and more experiences guided by her.

The first time I experienced energy work was when I met Ashera a little over three years ago. I had been going to psychic mediums, all who told me to explore reiki and energy healing but the opportunity hadn’t presented itself until I was divinely guided to Ashera while traveling around California. My first session with her, and every one since then, has been nothing short of transformational. For me, it literally feels like 50lbs of weight has been lifted off of my spirit.
