My mission is to inspire you to chase sunsets and full moons, climb mountains and 2000 steps to a temple, travel somewhere without looking at a map, explore culture and religion, help serve the earth and humanity in some way, dance like no one is watching, continue to get out of your comfort zone, get naked and jump in, fall head over heels in love with yourself, live like you are living and enjoy the beauty of being alive! With that comes offering individual tools and knowledge needed for connecting to yourself, discovering your soul desires, empowering, awakening and initiating your inner healer, teacher, sexual embodiment, divine knowing and inner truth. I LOVE
You, my family & friends, a warm cup of cacao for every occasion, following the rhythms of the earth, dancing & moving ecstatically, snuggles by the fire, fresh air, laughing uncontrollably at who knows what, sunset & sunrise, heart centered connections, honoring the seasons, tea in every country, looking at the stars, candle lit moments, swimming naked, nature, eccentric & funky people, apples & peanut butter, sexuality, exploring earth & taking the the road less traveled, painting, late nights & early mornings, rainbows & magic, pinching butts, singing in the shower, morning fog, climbing mountains, creating space, bringing dreams into reality and enjoying all life has to offer in the moment.
I was highly connected, multi sensory and intuitive as a child, though I was unable to see my gifts at that point. However, my mother was a barefoot, tincture brewing, witchy woman who embraced alternative ways of living and was very encouraging of my weirdness. I spent lots of time outside in the tree next to our house or back in the woods. I generally felt out of place and had an interesting time focusing in school but really enjoyed school for social purposes and art classes. I was blessed to experience many different disciplines of movement & the arts, karate, gymnastics, drama & a variety of dance methods from 5 - 16. I have always been a seeker of truth, curious about energy, spirituality, culture and religions. I have always questioned why we are here and what makes us behave the way we do, especially when people would say one thing but their energy & body language would tell a different story. I always knew when people were not being truthful in their words or actions and kept wondering: Could no one else see this?! Of course when I talked to peers and friends about my perceptions they had no idea what I was speaking of, naturally I began turning parts of myself off. However, I still I did not just believe anything people told me, I had to feel it for myself and find my truth. My therapeutic journey began when I was 16: my mom took me to a 5 day Energy Medicine Conference, with Donna Eden and I knew I had found my people, it affirmed everything I knew to be true! When I hit 18 , I was excited to make my way west where I enrolled in the Institute of Therapeutic Massage of Western Colorado. I had introductions to Cranio Sacral, Reflexology, Neuromuscular, Myo facial Release and Acupressure. Joining the 2 Year Eden Energy Medicine Certification Program at the same time was perfect, guiding me to understand all the energies, I felt floating around. I learned about meridians, elements, chakras, aura and energetic techniques to remain in balance and harmony. I worked for several years as a Massage Therapist in many different spas & other jobs to pay the bills. My first taste of yoga was at the EEMCP program & I loved it. Around age 25 I decided to take my practice to the next level enrolling in The Yoga School of Ashtanga Lineage, in Ithaca NY. Age 26 rolled around with some big wake up calls that shifted my whole reality. I stopped drinking, started cleansing, remembered who I was when I was a kid, fell in love with myself as a human, woman, intuitive and spiritual being. The results were beautiful! Transformative spiritual experiences, continually pushing me to open, grow and evolve: elevating my awareness on all levels of existence. There was simply no denying these gifts and aspects of myself. I began reaching elevated states of consciousness during meditation, hearing spirit guides, feeling chakras. Continuing my training in Tantra, Reiki, Hands of Light, Pilates and Partner Yoga, I began leading circles, initiations and ceremonies naturally, whenever spirit asked. I was called to Initiation- the Priestess Process with Anyaa McAndrew, becoming an Ordained Shamanic Priestess / Minister with Venus Rising Association in Oct 2017. In March 2018 I took off to the Netherlands joining an Erodanza Facilitator training “Initiating woman into Queens”. All the while traveling many places by word of mouth, doing sessions, guiding, teaching and connecting.

I want to know if you can sit with pain, mine or your own, without moving to hide it, or fade it, or fix it.I want to know if you can be with joy, mine or your own; if you can dance with wildness and let the ecstasy fill you to the tips of your fingers and toes without cautioning us to be careful, be realistic, remember the limitations of being human. It doesn't interest me if the story you are telling me is true. I want to know if you can disappoint another to be true to yourself. If you can bear the accusation of betrayal and not betray your own soul. If you can be faithless and therefore trustworthy. I want to know if you can see Beauty even when it is not pretty every day. And if you can source your own life from its presence. I want to know if you can live with failure, yours and mine, and still stand at the edge of the lake and shout to the silver of the full moon, 'Yes.' It doesn't interest me to know where you live or how much money you have. I want to know if you can get up after the night of grief and despair, weary and bruised to the bone and do what needs to be done to feed the children. It doesn't interest me who you know or how you came to be here. I want to know if you will stand in the centre of the fire with me and not shrink back. It doesn't interest me where or what or with whom you have studied. I want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls away. I want to know if you can be alone with yourself and if you truly like the company you keep in the empty moments”.
